Sterilization principle


Designed using the principle of moist heat to kill microorganisms. The principle of sterilization is to use the principle of gravity displacement to make the steam flow from top to bottom in the sterilizer, and discharge the cold air from the lower exhaust hole. The discharged cold air is replaced by saturated steam, and the latent heat released by the steam is used to sterilize the items. . The advantage of using moist heat sterilization method is that steam has a strong sterilization effect. It can increase the water content of bacterial protein, making it easy to solidify due to heat, accelerating the death process of microorganisms.


Composition structure

Security protection function


1.Heating protection device: When the heater exceeds the set temperature, the system automatically cuts off the heater power and displays an alarm message;


2.Anti-dry burning alarm device: When the water level is lower than the heating pipe, the anti-dry burning device automatically cuts off the heating power and displays an alarm message;

3.Door safety interlock device: The product complies with the requirements of the "Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations". The working procedure can only be started when the door is closed in place. There is a pressure door lock in the chamber that automatically closes and cannot be opened;

4.Over-temperature and over-pressure protection device: When the temperature and pressure inside the sterilization chamber exceed the safe range, the system automatically starts the cooling and pressure reduction program to ensure that the sterilized items are not damaged;

5.Overpressure self-releasing safety valve: When the pressure in the sterilization chamber exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve opens to release the pressure.





1.Add an appropriate amount of water to the outer pot, put the items to be sterilized into the inner pot, cover the pot and tighten the screws symmetrically.


2.Heating causes steam to be generated in the pot. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches 33.78kPa, open the exhaust valve to discharge the cold air. At this time, the pressure gauge pointer drops. When the pointer drops to zero, close the exhaust valve.


3.Continue to heat, the steam in the pot increases, and the pressure gauge pointer rises again. When the pressure in the pot increases to the required pressure, reduce the firepower and maintain the steam pressure at the required pressure for a certain period of time according to the characteristics of the items to be sterilized. Then turn off the power or fire of the sterilizer, let it cool naturally, and then slowly open the exhaust valve to remove the remaining air before opening the lid to take out the object.





1.The items to be sterilized should not be placed too tightly.


2.The cold air must be fully eliminated, otherwise the temperature in the pot will not reach the specified temperature, which will affect the sterilization effect.


3.After sterilization is completed, do not deflate or reduce pressure, otherwise the liquid in the bottle will boil violently, flush out the cork and overflow or even cause the container to burst. The lid cannot be opened until the pressure inside the sterilizer drops to equal to the atmospheric pressure.


4.The cotton plug of the test tube or bottle containing the culture medium should be wrapped with oil paper or kraft paper to prevent condensation water from entering.


5.In order to ensure the sterilization effect, the sterilization effect should be checked regularly. The common method is to place sulfur powder (melting point: 115°C) or benzoic acid (melting point: 120°C) in a test tube, and then conduct a sterilization test. If the above substances melt, it means that the temperature in the high-pressure steam sterilizer has reached the requirements and the sterilization effect is reliable. You can also affix the tape (with a temperature-sensitive indicator on it) for testing the sterilizer effect to the outer packaging of the items to be sterilized. If the indicator on the tape changes color, it also indicates that the sterilization effect is reliable.


6.There are now microcomputer-controlled high-pressure steam sterilizers. Just turn off the air conditioner, and the instrument will automatically set the constant pressure and time. When the time is up, it will automatically cut off the power and sound the whistle. It is very convenient to use.
