How it works ?

Step 1: insert the pure EO gas bottle in carriage and packed devices ( packed by non-woven , pouch, depended on your purpose ) on tray .

Step 2  

Setting the parameters. commonly no need to set,we set it at factory, if you have special parameter require,you can edit it . 

Step 3

Back to main menu page, click start. the machine will running automatic . 

3.1 the machine do sealing ability self-diagnose first, because the EO sterilization is under negative pressure. -3kpa is the set value, if chamber pressure reach this number within the set time, the process will going on .  

3.2 the machine heater works to warm the chamber air to 50 C.

3.3 The humidifier make the chamber humidity to 60 %

3.4 The vacuum pump extract the chamber pressure to - 60 kpa.

3.5 The machine piston rod puncture the EO bottle, the EO gas diffusion in the chamber. Gas diffusion in chamber last about 5 hours . the diffusion time can be settable.

3.6 when the diffusion stage finished, the machine enter the residual EO processing stage.

3.7 fresh sterilize air in, 15 minutes in chamber, exhaust gas pollute out by pump , this air replacement processure need run 5 cycles.

3.8 then pollute out EO residual go though machine inside abator, drain to container.

3.9 after the 5nd air-replacement finished, the chamber pressure up to atmosphere , whole sterilization end .

4.0 the machine make audio noise remind the operator, the sterilized object can took out .
