Product Brief Introduction:

CNME-1000 infusion pump is the second generation product by our company. It has LCD display and micro computer controller. The peristaltic pump is power source with multiple sensors to monitor the infusion pump and has variety of alarm functions. It's easy to operate and meets all the demand of various cases of infusion.

Scope of application: using infusion apparatus  with the infusion pump, it can control the liquid flow the patient.

Product Function:

Automatic infusion: According to the doctor's advice, set the infusion volume and speed. The linear peristaltic pump which is microcomputer controlled will manage infusion pump to make automatic infusion according to the setting infusion speed.

KVO status: After finishing the total volume of infusion, the pump will switch to KVO status automatically.(keep vein open status).

Audible and visual alarm: Five kinds of alarms including Occlusion alarm, Bubble alarms, Door Open alarm, Infusion Finished alarm and Under-voltage alarm. When infusion failed, audible and visual alarm will occur and remind the operators to dispose in time.

Apply to variety liquids: It can be used to infuse colorless transparent liquid and high nutrient solutions and color opaque liquid. Such as blood plasma etc, which is not recommended for infusing.

Suitable IV set:

Ordinary IV set: Normal PVC titration IV set or Iucifuge IV set(pipe diameter is about 3.5mm)

Make sure the pipe wall of IV set must have elasticity coefficient, before using the new brands IV set should be calibrated.

AC and DC power supply:

Built in Li-ion rechargeable battery pack, when AC power is off, system will switch to battery power supply immediately. when battery volume is insufficient the charging will automatically start, when battery volume is full the charging will automatically stop(it may take 7 hours).

Bolus mode:

Press the bolus key twice quickly and enter into bolus mode, when infusion pump is not infusion, the bolus liquid will not be counted into infused volume, when infusion pump is infusion, the bolus liquid will be counted into infused volume. Until release the bolus key the bolus mode will stop.

Infusion Rate:

It has two infusion rate modes: drop/min and ml/h. Note: drop/min and ml/h is conversed by 20 drops/ml, which is different from the actual IV set.

Occlusion sensitivity: It has three adjustable levels of occlusion pressure as high, medium and low.

Note: when the infusion pipeline is pressed, the machine will not occur alarm immediately, but detect pipeline wall pressure, so time of alarm is related with the position of oppressed pipeline. Below is medium sensitivity audible and visual alarm time (the smaller value is measured at outlet of pump with occlusion by purpose, the bigger value is measured about 1 meter from the pressure sensor with occlusion by purpose).

Low speed (1ml/h): 250-500 seconds;

Medium speed(120ml/h): 7~14 seconds;

High speed(600ml/h): 0.2~1 seconds.

Above data is measured at the status of  25℃ ambient temperature, ordinary pressure, use ordinary PVC infusion apparatus and high sensitivity.

Built in battery work time:

Battery can continuous work about 3 hours at full capacity and medium flow rate(25ml/h), the work time is related to rate. Within the battery normal life it could charge and discharge about 500 times.

Amount of pills: When the equipment running 120ml/h and reach the minimum block alarm the amount of pills is 0.3ml, it reach maximum block alarm the amount of pills is 0.5ml.
